Creating a mapping

Contributing information to the Core Data Model Mapping Directory starts from providing a mapping of between the Core Vocabularies and the newly targeted Core Data Model.

This consists of four steps

  1. download the mapping template document Core_Vocabularies_Mapping_Template.xlsx.
  2. insert in the "Target Vocabularies" sheet the description of the target Core Data Model.
  3. insert in the "Mappings" sheet the mapping between the Core Vocabularies and the target Core Data Model
  4. submit the document to contact@semic.eu

After submission the document will be iterative refined in collaboration

The Core Vocabularies handbook provides more insight in the objectives and the use of the Core Vocabularies.
