Spatial (PublicServiceSpatial)

The area in which the service is available.

A service is likely to be available only within a given area, typically the area covered by a particular public authority. A common usage of the Spatial property will be to define the country in which a service is available. The Publications Office of the European Union offers a URI set that is suitable for this purpose. The Spatial relationship is not meant to be used to describe eligibility, which should be covered by a Rule.
